Timor Karst Appeal

A development application for a limestone mine has been approved at Timor in the Upper Hunter Valley. Newcastle and Hunter Valley Speleological Society Inc (NHVSS) has lodged an objection in NSW Land and Environment Court. This appeal starts 30th November 2009.

ASF and the Gift Fund are supporting this objection by NHVSS and urgently need funds (approx $25,000) for this legal challenge to protect the Timor Karst.
